The Big Ideas Mobile Learning Lab made a stop at NHS on Tuesday, October 14. Through immersive AR/VR experiences and tools like WoodED carpentry tables and Transfer sets, 10th grade students were able to explore skilled trades, complete hands-on tasks, and connect their education to future career pathways. This initiative was made possible through the partnerships of Toyota Wellspring Education Fund (a fund of the CREATE Foundation), along with Tennessee Valley Authority and Toyota USA to help ensure students are exposed, prepared, and connected to living-wage opportunities through strong career guidance and aligned education-to-career pathways.
