Nettleton Primary School is located on Highway 6 North in Nettleton. We serve approximately 440 students in kindergarten, first, second, and third grades. We are proud of the educational opportunities provided to our students. All of our certified educators are considered "highly qualified," based on No Child Left Behind criteria,  with four of these having achieved National Board Master Teacher  certification. Based on Mississippi Accountability System, Nettleton Primary School is a Level 4 Exemplary school.  
 

  Our curriculum includes physical education, music, library, and gifted classes. A class for hearing impaired children is housed on our campus. In addition to regular special education classes, Nettleton Primary School offers speech, occupational, and physical therapy to students needing these services. We also have a full-time registered nurse.

  As part of a 21st Century Grant, we offer an extended day program three days a week. Children are provided with tutorial help and cultural and enrichment opportunities from certified professionals.
